Philosophy of concept:
In Asian cuisine a “Hot pot” is a communal dish. Food is prepared and served together as a family. This sense of community is central to the core values brought by the owners. Providing environmentally responsible food in a friendly manner will help promote health and good stewardship throughout the community. An emphasis on sourcing sustainable, organic, and local foods and products will create a unique and viable operation that serves the public responsibly. In addition the owner’s envision The HotPot as being a springboard of community involvement.
Already involved in the local schools and Boy Scouts of America the owners believe the added benefit of a foodservice outlet will allow for the continued support of these, and other, charitable endeavors.
